Access Instructions for Families

To protect athlete privacy, the MRR Photo Gallery is available only to registered athletes and their families.

✅ How to Access the Gallery

• Please sign in using the same email address you used during athlete registration
  
  

• This is the email we use to approve gallery access
  
  

Once signed in, you can:

• Click the season year (2026, 2025, 2024)
  
  

• Choose Meets, Practices, or Other Activities
  
  

• Open individual folders and view photos
  
  

❗ Important Access Notes

• If you use a different email than the one on your registration form, you may see a message that says “Request access”
  
  

• This does not mean the gallery is broken — it just means the email is not yet approved
  
  

➕ Need to Add Another Email?

If you would like to use:

• A second parent/guardian email
  
  

• A different personal email
  
  

• An athlete’s email
  
  

Please complete the Additional Gallery Access Request Form below.
Access is usually approved within 24–48 hours.
